Christopher Suarez now faces Involuntary Manslaughter for Fatal Logmill Crash | Haymarket Reckless Driving Lawyer

Christopher Eduard Suarez, 18, of Gainesville, Virginia is now facing more charges relating to the April 20th fatal car accident on Logmill Road in Haymarket that killed two of his passengers, Battlefield High School students Kendra Tucker and Savanna Kidane Mouratidis. Five teenagers were in the car that night and none were wearing seatbelts. Prince William County Police are also reporting that speed was a factor in this fatal crash when Suarez swerved to miss a deer and slammed his 2005 Dodge Magnum into a tree. Suarez was initially charged with reckless driving but after plea negotiations fell through, Prince William County Commonwealth’s Attorney Paul Ebert sought to pursue more charges against Suarez resulting in this week’s grand jury indictment of two counts of involuntary manslaughter. Suarez will now stand trial for these very serious charges in Prince William Circuit Court.
