Disney Channel “Hannah Montana” Actor Mitchel Musso Busted for DUI | Virginia DUI Attorney
Mitchel Musso, 20, a Disney Channel child star, has further tarnished the supposedly squeaking clean Disney image and was busted for drunk driving at about 3:43 a.m. on October 16, 2011 in Burbank, California. Police were suspicious when Musso failed to slow down to go around an accident scene.
Burbank Police stopped Musso and was reportedly wreaking of alcohol. Suspected of drunk driving, Musso was immediately given a field sobriety test which he allegedly failed and also allegedly blew over the legal 0.08 blood alcohol limit (BAC) while operating a motor vehicle. Due to Musso’s age, any alcohol in his system is deemed underage drinking and illegal in California.
Mitchel Musso was known as playing Oliver Oken on “Hannah Montana” and currently stars on Disney Channel shows “Phineas and Ferb”, “Pair of Kings” and “PrankStars.” No comments have yet to be released from Disney about Musso’s DUI investigation.
