James Dibble Charged with Reckless Driving for Route 29 Fatal Car Accident | Prince William Reckless Driving Attorney

On Tuesday, Daniel Tulk was killed in a car accident on Route 29 Lee Highway in Manassas, Virginia when his vehicle was hit head-on by a dump truck operated by James Dibble. The car accident involved three vehicles when Dibble’s dump truck struck a Ford F-350 and then crossed into Tulk’s lane of travel hitting the Honda CR-V. Luckily, none of the passengers in the F-350 were seriously injured. Following the investigation of the fatal car accident, James Dibble was charged with reckless driving in Prince William County and he turned himself in pending a court date set for February 2, 2012.

Not only was Dibble charged and arrested for reckless driving for swerving along Route 29, the U.S. DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is also checking out the company Dibble worked for GDC, Inc to ensure it is operating in compliance within federal safety regulations.
