Man Accused of DUI in Virginia Beach | Virginia DUI Lawyer
Adrian Black Jr., 26 years old and a resident of Norfolk, VA was charged with manslaughter and driving while intoxicated after he lost control of his Nissan Altima while driving on Virginia Beach Boulevard.
According to police, Black lost control of his vehicle, struck a utility pole landing his car sideways. Luckily, Black did not involve any other vehicles in this deadly accident.
Black was riding with three passengers when the accident occurred. The two passengers riding in the backseat were not wearing their seatbelts, and were ejected from the car. One of the individuals was killed at the scene of the accident, and the other was left in critical condition.
Black and his front seat passenger were transported to the hospital, but both of their injuries were minimal.
